Oxted Rises!
Cass Allen carried out the detailed acoustic design and testing of this beautiful new development in leafy Oxted for St William Homes.
The development was built on the site of a former gasworks next to a busy railway. The acoustic design of the facades was critical to ensure that noise from train passes would not disturb future residents.
