Hanwood Park progress
Cass Allen are pleased to announce their appointment by Hanwood Park LLP to assist with the discharge of two noise planning conditions relating to the development in Kettering.
Hanwood Park is a mixed-use development containing up to 5,500 dwellings, a secondary school, up to 4 primary schools, green spaces, employment areas, shops and health care facilities.
The project relates to the impact of two new infrastructure connection points serving the development (Access E and Access F shown in the image) on existing residential amenity and includes an assessment of sound insulation entitlement under the Noise Insulation Regulations.
