The sky’s the limit at Consort Place
Working with Midgard Ltd as part of their design team, we are proud to share news of our involvement in Consort Place (formerly known as Alpha Square), a landmark development on the Isle of Dogs, London, owned by the Hong Kong developer Far East Consortium (FEC).
Construction of Consort Place began in September 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024. It will comprise two towers, which are 35 and 65 storeys, respectively. The towers will incorporate 634 new homes (including 125 affordable homes), a four-star hotel, health care centre, school and other amenities, retail spaces and hospitality units. The development will create new jobs and a new and improved social space that is open to all.
The Cass Allen team are involved in all aspects of the design from façade to internal sound insulation, mechanical plant and building services, to ensure noise disruption is minimised and support the successful delivery of this large and exciting project.
