Construction Continues at Copley Close
We are proud to be working on Phase 6 of Ealing Council’s major transformation of Copley Close.
Phase 6 also known as “Copley Castle Bar”, will be a collection of contemporary new homes surrounding a landscaped central square. This central residential hub will form the heart of the development, located at the halfway point of the site.
This phase of the development is situated near a variety of transport uses including bus routes, roads and a railway station as well as being close to the Heathrow Airport flight path. In addition, this development contains a variety of non-residential uses including retail units, a large energy centre and the community centre.
Excellent acoustic design was crucial in the final development to achieve appropriate levels noise from various sources. Please see below for progress photos of the development underway.
