Acoustic design for the city’s hottest new hotel
New London Hotel The BoTree has announced it will launch in July 2023. We are really excited to be involved in the detailed acoustic design of this unique hotel.
Located at the top end of Marylebone Lane on the border with Mayfair, this new luxury hotel blends the two neighbourhoods and captures the vibrant and elegant feel.
With 199 luxurious rooms to offer, as well as highlights such as destination restaurants and bars, a cinema screening room, nightclub and fitness suite you can see why this diverse, multi use hotel needed intricate design considerations.
We wish Shiva and Preferred Hotels & Resorts every success with the opening of this stunning addition to their collection. The BoTree will undoubtedly be a unique experience for all its visitors and we can’t wait to see the finished piece in all its glory.
